What We do
SCAFFOLDING WORKS
We are the No. 1 boiler internal scaffolding service provider in the Philippines. We design, supply, provide rental and perform scaffolding services. We are specialist in designing, supplying and installing customized boiler internal scaffolding. We perform boiler scaffolding services and designed/supplied the customized boiler scaffolding system to majority of the coal-fired power plants in the Philippines. Our scaffolding brand is Rapid-lok.
AIR-PREHEATER SERVICES:
We perform air-preheater basket replacement services using a technique that is now copied by other service provider. We can do IN-SITU basket cleaning using our own high-pressure water pump and thus able to restore the air-preheater performance within 6 to 8 days. We can also supply basket element brands such as Howden and other brands.
BOILER RETUBING
We have experienced boiler tube pipefitters and certified TIG welders. We have portable TIG welding machines that our welders can carry close to the piping joints for better and faster welding works. Some of our welders have experienced outside the Philippines as boiler tube welders. We have beveling and cutting machines to perform the work faster and at much higher quality.
COAL BURNER REPAIR
We repair coal burners and even fabrication burner parts using SUS310S materials. We have complete equipment for SS materials works like plasma cutters.
DIVING SERVICES
We provide diving services for the clean-up of circulating marine pipes and pump stations. We conduct tunnel inspection using video and still cameras.
SEA WATER INTAKE SERVICES
We provide total maintenance services to sea water intake systems. We can provide fast and efficient desilting service using our the VACFOR system, our own develop system of desilting for much faster evacuation of accumulated dirt and sand compared to the traditional method. We have the most experienced team and able to offer overhauling, repair and maintenance of all the equipment in the water intake system including diving services. We provide diving services for the clean-up of circulating marine pipes and pump stations. We conduct tunnel inspection using video and still cameras.
POWER PLANT COMMISSIONING AND INSTRUMENTATION TROUBLE SHOOTING
We have experienced Instrumentation and Control Engineers for commissioning works for coal-fired thermal power station with experienced both here in the Philippines and abroad.
HEAT EXCHANGER/CONDENSER TUBE CLEANING and EDDY CURRENT TEST
We are the local partner of Conco Systems (USA). We pioneered the use the bullet cleaning system for use in cleaning tubes of condensers and heat exchangers. We are able to clean a 22,000 tubes condenser in 4 days. We also introduced the use of Eddy Current Test and of Helium Gas Leak Detection technique in the Philippines.
VALVE REPAIRS
We provide valve repairs and reconditioning. We are the Philippines distributor for RMG, Valvitalia, Bopp & Reuther and Flowsafe valves.
REPAINTING SERVICES.
Using our fast scaffolding system, we are able to finish painting works much faster.
