How to Collect Your Conference Pass

To ensure a smooth check-in process, please follow these steps:

• Proceed to the delegate counter corresponding to the first letter of your last name.
• Present a valid ID for verification.
• Collect your ID badge and souvenir kit.
  *Note: Complimentary guests will receive their souvenir kits at a later time.*
• Our staff will guide you to your designated table.

Important Notes & Reminders

To make the most of your experience, please take note of the following:

• B2B Meeting Area: Available in the designated room for business networking.
• Access Restrictions: The Conference Hall is exclusively for official delegates. Trade Visitors are limited to the exhibition hall.
• Refreshments: Complimentary coffee is available throughout the conference. Usherettes are on hand to assist you.
• Food & Snacks: Morning and afternoon snacks will be provided, along with a grazing table for your enjoyment.
• Q&A Process: A QR code will be available at your table, linking to a Google Form where you can submit your questions.
• Event Etiquette: Please keep noise levels to a minimum and set your phone to silent mode.
• Fellowship Event: Don’t miss the Fellowship on March 30, starting at 5:00 PM.
• Presentation Feedback: After each presentation, a QR code will be displayed on the LED screen. Scan it to access the evaluation form. Certificates will be distributed on the second day.

• Parking Information:
  • Parking slots are available at Century Park Hotel on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Public pay parking is also available in front of the hotel.
