Vincent is a power system professional with a strong background in power systems technical and commercial modelling and project development management. He has comprehensive experience across the whole project value chain from feasibility to operations. He has executed more than 1,400 MW of capacity across more than 30 Solar PV installation and more than 2000 MW of projects in development and support. He has also worked in the integration of other renewable and alternative energy technologies such as Solar, Thermal, Waste Heat Recovery, and Biomass. His technical background, together with a deep familiarity of the commercial and regulatory considerations in the full project life cycle, has contributed to the successful closure, execution, and operation of these projects.
He has recently taken on consultancy roles in business strategy where he gives insight to foreign private equity and donor funds on the Philippine distributed generation and ancillary service market size, key players, and modes of entry. His most recent role is on offshore wind development where he is leading the development of four (4) service contracts with a cumulative potential capacity of 7 GW.
