Edward Kuantan, the APAC Regional Sales Manager at RDI Technologies, is a dynamic leader with over 15 years of experience in laser alignment and condition monitoring across the Asia Pacific region. Based in Jakarta, Edward has been instrumental in promoting RDI’s cutting-edge Motion Amplification® technology, a camera-based vibration analysis solution that enhances asset reliability while reducing risk and cost for government and corporate clients.
Edward’s journey in the industry began with Pruftechnik in Singapore, followed by a pivotal role in Jakarta after the company opened a testing division in 2017. By 2019, he had earned the Non-Destructive Testing Pruftechnik award and played a key role in achieving ISO 9001 (QMS)
and 14001 (EMS) certifications for the Jakarta office. Now at RDI Technologies, a global leader in Motion Amplification® since 2015, Edward has successfully expanded the technology’s reach across 58+ countries, integrating it into critical operations.
A graduate of the University of Windsor with a Bachelor’s in Applied Science in Industrial Engineering with Honors, Edward is also a certified Mobius CAT II vibration analyst. His expertise and passion for innovation drew him to RDI, where he aligns with the company’s vision of transforming asset management through advanced technology.
Outside of work, Edward enjoys traveling, socializing with friends, playing Mario Kart with his daughters, and biking, reflecting his balanced approach to life and leadership. His dedication continues to propel RDI Technologies forward in the APAC region.
